Sourire-Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing cooperation process

  In 2022, Sourire designed a 100% cotton T-shirt with a very strong design style. Its LOGO includes both DTG printing and silicone and has a large area. However, due to the complexity of its LOGO design, the original supplier still could not achieve the effect Sourire wanted after several samples. So, Sourire started to look for new suppliers on the  Alibaba International Site. Sourire sent Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing Technology Co., Ltd. a TM consultation through our Alibaba International Site product link displayed on the Google search engine. After simple communication, Sourire sent us the Tech Pack and expressed his concerns about the LOGO process. We looked at Sourire's Tech pack and checked with the production department. To address Sourire's concerns, we showed Sourire our different sample effects with DTG printing and silicone processes. At the same time, we showed Sourire the working effect of our factory's digital direct injection-automatic printing machine through a video call. Sourire considered that we were the most promising to complete the design after reviewing it. However, due to the previous sample testing, Sourire delayed a lot of time and asked us to make samples quickly. After considering the time, we thought it was feasible, so we started to make samples.

  Since Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing Technology Co., Ltd. is our own factory, fabric cutting, sample making, and LOGO making were all completed in the factory. The production of this sample was completed in 3 days. After confirming with Sourire by taking photos, we sent it to Sourire through international logistics channels

  After receiving the sample, Sourire said that the product quality, delivery time, and service of this sample exceeded their expectations, and they originally held the mentality of giving it a try. Therefore, we started the production of the first batch of mass goods and the production of samples of the next batch of product series simultaneously, and began the continuous cooperation.

Q： During the cooperation process, the client encountered a technical issue. They had a rather complex logo design with a large size and multiple colors. The customer planned to use screen printing for production, but this would result in a significant increase in costs. How could we assist in this situation?

A： To ensure that the quality and effect meet the customer's expectations, we introduced the digital direct printing LOGO process to the customer and demonstrated the differences between digital direct printing and screen printing processes. We will provide design suggestions based on the requirements to solve design problems, because not all designs are suitable for the same manufacturing process.

Q： During the cooperation process, the client requested to customize the camouflage fabric, but was unable to determine the outcome.

A： For the customization of camouflage fabrics, first we will review the vector file of the pattern to ensure its clarity and the consistency of the pattern; then we will conduct three sample tests of the camouflage fabric and ask the customer to confirm, to ensure that the final effect of the camouflage fabric is perfect; finally, we will proceed with the batch customization of camouflage fabrics.
