  The cooperation between Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing and Projectavise began in 2023. Projectavise initiated TM consultation with us through the Alibaba International Website, asking if we could customize the knitted sweater according to their requirements. And sent a Tech pack of knitted sweaters. After checking, we confirmed with Projectavise, and after communicating the details of the sample, we began the production of the sample.

  After completing the sample, we sent it to Projectavise through international logistics. Projectavise was very satisfied after receiving the sample, but said that it needed to make some adjustments for the second proofing. At the same time, we also sent the Tech pack of zipper hoodies and jerseys, hoping that we could make the sample at the same time. After receiving feedback from Projectavise, we immediately started the second sample production. Subsequently, we began to discuss with Projectavise on the production plan of bulk goods, and will maintain good cooperation in the future.

A： Our clients have extremely professional business colleagues. During the connection process, every time there is a modification, the business colleagues will send confirmation information to the clients. Only after the clients confirm will the modifications be made. Q： Do you support refunds?

A： We offer a refund before the sample production. However, after the sample is completed, refunds will not be possible. Once the sample is finished, if there are quality issues with the sample, we can either remake a sample for the customer for free or offer a full refund.
