Lost Boys-Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing cooperation process

  In 2022, we opened an automatic production workshop for sports shoes, and began to promote on social media platforms such as Instagran and Facebook. At that time, Lost Boys just had a plan to develop a series of sports shoes products, and found our contact information through the Google search engine and started initial communication. Since Lost Boys has a number of Tech packs about shoes, the development cost is too high, in order to achieve better cooperation and save the cost of product development of Lost Boys, we provide the policy of free sole mold opening for Lost Boys.

  After receiving the sample, Lost Boys affirmed our product quality, delivery time and service, and gradually started the production of bulk goods. At the same time, Lost Boys also learned that we also provide men's customization, OEM/ODM services, and began to ask us about clothing customization. We showed our clothing factory and samples to Lost Boys through video call. After comprehensive evaluation, Lost Boys began to ask for more information. We also sent 20 Tech packs of Lost Boys' next menswear product line to us, and started the production of samples simultaneously, so as to form sustainable cooperation.

  So far, Lost Boys has been cooperating with us for 3 years. Lost Boys said that we are a very professional supplier and will maintain continuous and in-depth cooperation in the future.

Q: Why is the cost of customized shoes higher?

A: Regarding shoe customization, the customization cost mainly depends on the following factors: the first is whether the shoe sole needs to be customized. If they do, mold design is required, which will incur design costs; the second is the materials used for the shoes. If they require genuine leather materials, the production cost will increase; the third is the complexity of the shoe design, and the materials used for other accessories.

Q： When designing the new product, if the customers encounter problems that are difficult to solve, such as materials, design, and manufacturing processes, how should they be addressed?
