 Cooperation between Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing and Lithic dates from 2024. Our forum in the United States has read information that Lithic is looking for professional and stable suppliers of custom-made clothes. Attempts were made to contact Lithic but there was no immediate response. Lithic replied to messages when we were ready to give up and a few days later, apologising for the delay in replying because we had not logged in long enough to check the messages. So we had a more detailed communication and Lithic introduced us to brand concepts, design styles and future development plans; We briefed Lithic on our factory strengths, factory floors, existing brands, sample displays, process introductions and looking forward to future cooperation with Lithic. After talking, both sides were very satisfied and Lithic sent us Tech packs and started negotiations on the production of samples, saying that since there is currently not enough material for publicity, we would like to keep a record of the entire process when making samples and send videos to Lithic. We agreed to the request. Then the production of the sample began smoothly.

  A series of material documents including sample production videos, fabric colour cards, LOGO process introduction manuals, washing instruction manuals have been produced and will be sent to Lithic along with the samples. Lithics, on receipt of samples and our documentation, were very surprised with the service and were satisfied with the quality of our samples. Mass production will continue in the future.

Q：How to ensure the quality?

A：During the production process, we will conduct 4 quality inspections.

1.Firstly, a fabric inspection will be conducted. We will inspect the color difference, composition and quantity of the fabrics and issue a test report to ensure that there are no defects in the fabrics.

2. Inspection during the fabric cutting stage: After the fabric is cut in the factory, we will conduct a verification of the accuracy of the pattern.

3. LOGO process inspection: After the LOGO process is completed, we will inspect the color, pattern and process of the LOGO to ensure that there are no defects.

4. Final inspection of ready-made garments: After the sewing lines are formed and the ready-made garments are completed in the factory, we will conduct an inspection on the garments. The inspection contents include stitching lines, dimensions, and accessories, etc.

5. Final inspection & random inspection. Before the products are packed, we will notify the customers to conduct the inspection. We can support video inspection or inspection by a third-party agency for a comprehensive check to ensure the quality of the final products.

Q：Can you customize the products according to the tech pack?

A：We can produce the clothing based on the tech pack provided by the customer. However, after receiving the technical package, we will also conduct a verification to ensure that the customization information is complete. To ensure that the final product matches the customer's desired effect, we will also have in-depth communication with the customer to understand their customization requirements.
