Garms Affiliated-Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing cooperation process

  The cooperation between Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing and Garms AffilIated originated in 2024. We proactively sent information to Garms AffilIated through Facebook, hoping to cooperate with Garms. After a brief conversation with us, Garms AffilIated decided to experiment with sample making and sent us the Tech pack. In order to ensure the smooth development of future cooperation, after we completed the samples, we also made the fabric color card and the LOGO process instruction manual of the samples, and sent them to Garms Affiliated together with the samples. After receiving the samples, Garms AffilIated was very satisfied with the quality and service of our samples. However, since Garms AffilIated did not have a mass production plan at that time, we will contact us next month and start mass production.

  Every week during this month, we share the latest trends and trends in clothing and fabrics for Garms AffilIated and answer questions related to the production of Garms AffilIated clothing. A month later, Garms AffilIated contacted us and said that they needed to start the production of mass products, but because they added other styles, they needed to make samples again and sent us Tech packs. When we looked at the Tech pack and saw that the design hadn't changed much, we proposed a Pre-production sample (PPS) program to Garms AffilIated to save on sample production costs. Garms AffilIated was surprised to hear about the plan, and was actually ready to pay for the sample again. So after further communication, we started the production of samples. After the production of samples was completed, Garms AffilIated completed the confirmation of samples by video call and started the production of bulk products.

  Through the cooperation with Garms AffilIated, we also realize the high quality requirements of the United Kingdom and the areas that need to be improved. In the future, we will maintain in-depth cooperation with Garms AffilIated and gradually improve the production equipment of the factory floor.

Q： What are the steps involved in the clothing customization process?

A： Our standard clothing customization process is as follows:

1. Demand Communication: Before the cooperation, we will have in-depth communication with the client to understand their requirements regarding the style, fabric, color, craftsmanship, quantity, and usage.

2. Design Confirmation: After understanding the basic requirements of the client, we will verify whether the client's technical package information is complete, including information on fabric usage, LOGO processing, size, product processing, accessory information, etc. If any information is missing, we will communicate with the client again to ensure the completeness of the technical package information. If the client is unable to provide the technical package, our designer can assist in completing it.

3. Sampling and Confirmation: After the tech pack has been verified, we will negotiate with the client regarding the sample cost and the refund policy for the sample fee. Once the client pays the sample fee, we will arrange for the production of the samples. The general production cycle for samples is around 3 to 15 days (the exact time depends on the sample style and design complexity).

4. Bulk Production: After the customer receives the sample, we will confirm with the customer the relevant details as well as the production plan for the bulk goods, transportation plan, payment method and cost. The production time for the bulk goods is generally 10-25 days after the sample is confirmed (specifically depending on the order quantity).

5. Quality Inspection and Logistics: After the main production is completed, we will provide customers with inspection videos and support for global transportation.
