Excentred-Hangzhou Aiqi Clothing cooperation process

  At the end of 2024, we reached out to Excentred via Instagram, and after an initial conversation, we learned that Excentred is a start-up brand, and in order to form a partnership, we proposed a free sample program to Excentred. However, Excentred explained that they had as many as 15 samples to make, and the free sample plan might not be applicable to this cooperation. We are very grateful to Excentred for its consideration so that we could avoid embarrassment this time, so we confirmed the production plan of the first batch of samples through communication again. However, as the Chinese New Year was approaching at that time, if we followed the normal sample making process, the delivery time of our samples might take up to 2 months, which was unacceptable to us and Excentred. Therefore, in order to ensure timely delivery of samples, we initiated expedited measures to urge the completion of every link, and finally finished the production of 15 samples in 6 days, and sent to Excentred via UPS expedited express.

  After the Chinese New Year, Excentred said that it was very satisfied with the LOGO process, fabric and cutting of the first batch of samples, but because it did not achieve the effect that Excentred wanted, so it modified the Tech pack and sent it to us, hoping that we could re-make this batch of samples, we are fully aware of the helpless design. There is always some error between the ideal and the final material, so after determining the details of the new modification, we started the production of a new batch of samples, and sent them to Excentred after the production was completed. After receiving the samples, Excentred conducted a careful inspection and said that this batch of samples was perfect! After communicating the details of the bulk goods, we began to prepare the production of the bulk goods.

  Although the cooperation time with Excentred is still short, we understand that Excentred is a brand with great potential, and we will keep close contact and cooperation with Excentred to help Excentred achieve better and faster development.
