Our process begins with a detailed consultation to understand your design vision. If you provide a tech pack, our design team will review feasibility, material compatibility, and Process implementation to ensure alignment with production capabilities. For clients without a tech pack, we offer guided design support—covering fabric weight, color palettes, logo placement, and Process specifications—to co-create a professional tech pack tailored to your brand identity.
Post-consultation, we provide a preliminary bulk pricing estimate. Upon approval, we proceed to sample production. A sample fee (typically $130, varies by complexity) applies, covering material sourcing, pattern-making, logo tooling, and artisanal sewing. We refund 100% of the sample fee upon bulk order confirmation, making it easier for emerging brands to manage upfront costs. Sample lead time ranges from 7–15 days, depending on design intricacy.
Every sample undergoes rigorous multi-stage inspections to ensure flawless craftsmanship. In case of quality issues, we prioritize rapid re-production at no extra cost. Post-approval, high-resolution images are shared for client review before secure courier delivery.

A comprehensive trade contract is drafted, outlining payment terms, shipping logistics, production timelines (15–25 days for bulk orders), packaging specifications, and total costs. Upon payment confirmation, our production team initiates manufacturing with real-time progress updates.
Post-production, all items undergo final quality checks. We share inspection photos/videos for client approval before custom packaging, carton labeling, and shipping via your preferred logistics partner.
